Skeps, a blockchain-based tech company, offers the first microservices platform embedding financial solutions into customer journeys. Our innovative multi-lender POS financing solution simplifies lending for high-value purchases, integrating seamlessly into merchant websites, stores, and omnichannel checkouts, reducing purchase friction and boosting lifetime value. We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead (Full Stack) who can drive end-to-end development, lead a team of engineers, and architect scalable, high-performance applications. This role blends technical leadership with active coding and collaboration across product, design, and engineering teams.

As an Tech Lead, you will –

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications.
- Architect scalable and maintainable systems (frontend + backend).
- Mentor and guide a team of developers through code reviews, best practices, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure code quality, security, and performance optimization.
- Drive adoption of modern technologies, frameworks, and engineering practices.
- Manage technical debt and continuously improve system architecture.




- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery tracking.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Experience in building large-scale distributed systems.
- Exposure to AI/ML integrations or data-driven applications.
- Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Open-source contributions or technical blogging.

As an Tech Lead, you must have -

- Strong experience in frontend technologies (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Strong experience in backend development (Node.js, Java, Python, or similar).
- Proficiency in REST APIs / GraphQL
- Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of system design and architecture.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities.
- Ownership mindset with a focus on delivery and quality.
