Job Description – Package Consultant (Domestic & International)

Designation: Package Consultant – Domestic & International
Department: Packages
Location: Faridabad (Neelam Ajronda Metro Chowk Station)
Experience: 5–8 Years

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end domestic and international holiday package enquiries and bookings.
- Understand client requirements and prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and packages.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, transporters, and other vendors for smooth arrangements.
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and healthy margins.
- Follow up with leads, convert enquiries into bookings, and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Handle booking confirmations, vouchers, payment follow-ups, and travel documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients before, during, and after the trip.




- Resolve customer queries and coordinate with vendors to address service issues.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, bookings, sales, and customer details.
- Stay updated on destinations, hotels, travel regulations, and package offerings.

Required Skills:

- Valuable knowledge of Domestic & International destinations and holiday packages.
- Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of costing, itinerary planning, and package designing.
- Good vendor coordination and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and travel-related systems.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
