Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and motivated Counsellor to guide and assist prospective clients or students. The ideal candidate should be able to understand customer needs, provide accurate information about our services, address queries, and help individuals make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective clients/students through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services or programs.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Handle inquiries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude and professional behavior.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in counselling, customer service, sales, or telecalling can apply.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in education counselling, admissions, customer support, or sales is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
