- Diploma/ITI/BE/B Tech – Mechanical / Electrical
- Min experience required – 0.6 to 2 years.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations across India.
- Capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting circuit diagrams, technical manuals, and schematics.
- Positive communication skill.
Responsibilities :-
- Perform servicing, testing, and repairing of products
- Attend service calls at customer sites, diagnose issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation of service reports, call logs, and feedback forms.
- Handle service inventory, tools, and calibration equipment responsibly.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and quality teams for complex troubleshooting.
