CMM is looking to fill a position of Manager(Commercial). The requirement is stated as below:

- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and client leads, coordinating with company leadership to conduct risk assessments and maintaining beneficial relationships with clients, suppliers and other business partners.
- Planning, coordinating, and monitoring Commercial, Logistics Operation and supply chain processes. Liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies and customers.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify inefficiencies and cost optimization opportunities.
- Manage and develop a high performing team that meets agreed objectives and delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements.
- Support new business initiatives and projects and contribute to review meetings and change process.
- Negotiate new projects and contract terms with recent clients
