Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead Consultant (8+ years) to lead technical delivery and build scalable, production-grade software solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on architecture, development, mentoring teams, and collaborating with clients to deliver business outcomes. The ideal candidate brings expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Golang, Python, exposure to Agentic AI and cloud-native systems, and working knowledge of ReactJS or Angular for full-stack collaboration when required.

Job Requirements

- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with technical leadership exposure.

- Solid hands-on expertise in Java and Spring Boot.

- Working experience with Golang and Python.

- Exposure to ReactJS or Angular for frontend/full-stack development.

- Experience with cloud-native architecture and distributed systems.

- Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks, AI productivity tools, and LLM-integrated systems.

- Hands-on experience with TDD, Pair Programming, CI/CD, Agile, and XP practices.

- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience mentoring teams and driving engineering excellence.

Job Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end technical delivery from requirements through production deployment.

- Architect and develop scalable backend solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Golang.





- Collaborate with client stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

- Drive engineering best practices including TDD, pair programming, code reviews, and CI/CD.

- Contribute to Agentic AI and cloud-native initiatives where applicable.

- Mentor engineers and foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Ensure software quality, scalability, maintainability, and delivery excellence.
