- Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft-based solutions such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online for clients.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT issues related to Microsoft products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop customized solutions using Microsoft tools.
- Ensure compliance with licensing agreements and best practices for IT infrastructure management.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in a similar role or relevant industry (IT Services & Consulting).
- Robust knowledge of Microsoft technologies including SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, ITSM/ITIL processes.
- Experience working on large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
