Profile: Customer Service Representative (Back Office)

Location: Kharadi, Pune
Shift: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM (Rotational Week Off)

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform accurate data entry and document verification.
- Review and validate customer documents as per process guidelines.
- Maintain accuracy and productivity while meeting quality standards.
- Handle assigned tasks within defined turnaround times.
- Ensure confidentiality of customer information.
- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Undergraduates and Graduates (Any Stream) can apply.
- B.Com freshers are preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, or Financial Management will be an added advantage.
- Valuable communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.




- Willingness to work in the evening shift (4:00 PM - 1:00 AM).

Salary:

- HDFC WC: 13,229 Take Home | Apprentice (No PF): 14,250
- Poonawalla LAP: 14,102 Take Home | Apprentice (No PF): 15,200
- Poonawalla BL (Graduates): 11,436 Take Home | Apprentice (No PF): 13,000
- Poonawalla BL (Undergraduates): Apprentice (No PF): 11,250

Training:

- 7 days of process training.
- Candidates will join after successful certification.

Preferred Candidates: Male candidates with immediate joining availability.
