Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented MEP Coordinator to manage and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities for high-rise building projects. The candidate will ensure seamless collaboration between design, site, and contractor teams while maintaining quality, compliance, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate effectively with design consultants, site engineers, and contractors for smooth execution of MEP works
- Review MEP drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards
- Monitor installation progress and ensure adherence to project schedules
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to MEP systems during execution
- Ensure all MEP works meet quality standards and safety regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews
- Support project teams in achieving timely and effective project delivery
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting of MEP activities
