Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor Chiller Plant equipment.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Maintain Chillers, Cooling Towers, AHUs, FCUs, Pumps, and Ventilation Systems.
- Monitor pressure, temperature, and system performance parameters.
- Identify and rectify faults in HVAC equipment.
- Handle water treatment and chemical dosing for cooling systems.
- Ensure equipment uptime and energy-productive operation.
- Maintain maintenance logs and daily checklists.
- Follow safety procedures and work permits.
