We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Engineer with a minimum of 3-6 years of relevant experience in battery energy systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with hands-on experience in control panels and battery energy systems. As a Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our battery energy systems deployed in various projects.

Key Responsibilities

- System Installation and Commissioning: Execute installation and commissioning activities for battery energy systems at client sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance tasks, inspections, and repairs on battery energy systems to ensure uninterrupted operation and optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with battery energy systems, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Control Panel Configuration: Configure, program, and troubleshoot control panels and associated components to ensure seamless integration and functionality within battery energy systems.
- Client Support and Training: Provide technical support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance on system operation and maintenance best practices. Conduct training sessions for clients personnel as needed.
- Documentation and Reporting:



Maintain accurate records of service activities, including maintenance logs, inspection reports, and service tickets. Generate comprehensive service reports and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements in service delivery, contributing to the overall optimization of our battery energy systems.

Required Skills Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-6 years of hands-on experience in servicing battery energy systems, preferably in the renewable energy or power sector.
- Proficiency in control panel configuration and programming.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
