The Consultant Transformational Quality will drive process excellence, operational transformation, governance improvement, continuous improvement (CI), and automation initiatives across global managed services accounts. The role requires solid expertise in Lean Six Sigma, process diagnostics, stakeholder management, operational analytics, and digital transformation to deliver measurable business impact. This role will directly report to Director of transformational quality

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough process diagnostics to identify operational inefficiencies, process gaps, governance challenges, and improvement opportunities across business operations
- Drive process excellence and transformation initiatives across procurement, shared services, and operational functions
- Lead Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency, quality, compliance, customer experience, and productivity
- Lead account-level CI initiatives and drive closure of improvement opportunities
- Lead and mentor Lean Six Sigma projects including Yellow Belt (YB), Green Belt (GB), and Black Belt (BB) initiatives
- Lead direct client-facing transformation and continuous improvement projects across global accounts
- Conduct stakeholder discussions, RCA workshops, process walkthroughs, and process assessments to identify root causes and recommend sustainable solutions
- Support SOP standardization, process mapping, Value Stream Map (VSM) creation, governance frameworks, KPI design, and operational reporting




- Design and develop Power BI dashboards and governance reporting solutions for reporting optimization across global accounts
- Monitor and govern the overall health of CI projects, Lean Six Sigma deployments, capability-building programs, and transformation initiatives in collaboration with the central Process Excellence team

Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in Managed Services / Shared Services / BPO / Transformation environments
- Strong experience in Process Excellence, Lean Six Sigma, Operational Transformation, or Continuous Improvement roles
- Experience in client-facing transformation and operational excellence engagements preferred
- Exposure to Procurement Operations, Shared Services, or Global Business Services environments is preferred Educational Qualification & Certifications
- Any Graduate / B.E. / B. Tech / MBA or equivalent
- Post Graduate Degree preferred but not mandatory
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified (Mandatory)
