Responsibilities

* Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the villa.

* Inspect the property regularly and report any maintenance issues.

* Coordinate with electricians, plumbers, and other service providers when needed.

* Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out, if required.

* Ensure the safety and security of the property.

* Take care of the garden and surrounding outdoor areas (if applicable).

* Monitor water, electricity, and other utilities.

* Keep an inventory of household items and report shortages.

*keep the kitchen clean and maintian proper hygiene.

*prepare straightforward breakfast lunch and dinner for the coustomer and for yourself.

Requirements

* Previous experience as a caretaker, housekeeper, or property manager is preferred.

* Honest, reliable, and responsible.

* Basic communication skills in Tamil; English is an added advantage.

* Willing to stay in or work flexible hours, if required.

* Candidates from Ooty or nearby areas are preferred, but applicants from other locations are also welcome.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
