Wellness Coordinator (Remote)

Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST i.e 6:30pm to 3:30am IST and during Nov till April due to daylight saving 7:30pm to 4:30am IST

Location: Remote (Work from Home) atleast i5 processor laptop, 8GB RAM, graphics card, 100 Mbps wifi speed ,USB Headset

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Wellness Coordinator to join our remote healthcare team. In this patient-interfacing role, you will be responsible for engaging with U.S.-based patients via phone, providing guidance, support, and wellness coordination services.

Key Responsibilities

Interact with U.S. patients over the phone in a professional and empathetic manner

Coordinate and schedule wellness services and follow-up care as needed

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative teams to ensure quality care

Provide patient education, reminders, and support to improve health outcomes

Uphold patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and other relevant regulations

Required Qualifications

Education:

M.A in Psychology

Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Management, Hospital Administration, or Nursing

OR a degree in a related field with proven experience in the healthcare domain

Experience:





Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting or patient-facing role in remote setup not face to face

Communication:

Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills

Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with patients

Technical Requirements:

Stable internet connection and a quiet, professional home working setting

Comfortable using digital tools and telecommunication platforms

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with U.S. healthcare systems and terminology

Prior experience with wellness programs or care coordination

Basic understanding of electronic health records (EHR) system

Immediate joiners most preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
