Role Description The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations across YOLO’s PG and co-living properties in Bengaluru in a full time, on-site capacity. This role manages resident lifecycle activities including move-ins, onboarding, conflict resolution, and move-outs, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and community-oriented experience. The Property Manager coordinates housekeeping, maintenance, security, and vendor services, while monitoring budgets, occupancy, and basic financial reporting for assigned properties. Day-to-day work includes handling resident queries, organizing small community events, inspecting facilities for upkeep, enforcing house rules, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The role also collaborates closely with central operations and marketing teams to support new property launches, implement process improvements, and maintain YOLO’s quality and brand standards.

Qualifications

- Property and facility management skills, including supervision of maintenance, housekeeping, and security services.
- Resident relationship management capabilities,



such as conflict resolution, service orientation, and community-building.
- Operational and organizational skills, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and adherence to processes and policies.
- Basic financial and analytical skills to track occupancy, expenses, and reports for assigned properties.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages (e.g., Kannada, Hindi) is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru with a hands-on approach and flexibility for occasional weekend or evening duties.
- Prior experience in property management, hospitality, co-living/PG operations, or residential community management preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Hospitality, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
