Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain Tally ERP and other business software systems.
- Handle Quick Heal antivirus management, system security, and data protection.
- Monitor and maintain NAS storage systems, server backups, and recovery processes.
- Manage network infrastructure including LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, routers, and switches.
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, biometric devices, and CCTV systems.
- Ensure smooth functioning of ERP systems and coordinate with software vendors for troubleshooting and upgrades.
- Monitor system performance, data backup, and IT security compliance.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
- Coordinate AMC services and maintain IT asset records.
- Support users with day-to-day IT-related issues and ensure minimum downtime.
- Implement IT policies, cybersecurity practices, and preventive maintenance activities.

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, NAS storage, Quick Heal, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Experience in server management, backup systems, and data security.




- Valuable understanding of CCTV systems, biometric devices, and office IT infrastructure.
- Strong troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and manufacturing industry IT operations preferred.

Qualification

- B.Tech / Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience

- 5–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and support roles.
- Experience in manufacturing or textile industry preferred.
