Role Overview

The Home Loan Manager will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, consultation, and loan processing while ensuring compliance and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role requires a balance of telecalling, client engagement, and business development, with strong emphasis on achieving sales targets.

Key Skills & Abilities

 Strong knowledge of home loan products, lending processes, and financial documentation.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client eligibility and risk.

 Proficiency in CRM systems and loan management tools.

 High integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive customer information.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
