Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist walk-in customers with a warm and professional approach.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable gifting products.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Handle billing support and coordinate customer orders.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for timely order fulfilment.
- Maintain a positive shopping experience for every customer.

Candidate Profile

- 1–5 years of experience in Retail Sales, Luxury Retail, Lifestyle, Fashion, Jewellery, Cosmetics, Electronics,



or Premium Products.
- Freshers with excellent communication and robust sales confidence may also apply.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
- Smart, presentable, and well-groomed personality.
- Basic computer knowledge.
