Responsibilities

- A day in the life of an Infoscion
- Serve as a trusted advisor to utility clients, delivering SAP IS-U Device Management, Meter Reading, AMI/Smart Metering, and Meter-to-Cash transformation solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to design and implement scalable SAP IS-U Device Management solutions.
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Configure and support device lifecycle processes including installation, replacement, removal, exchange, certification, and retirement.
- Support Smart Metering, AMI, NEM, NBT, DER, and bi-directional metering initiatives.
- Work closely with SAP IS-U CS, Billing, Meter Reading, FI-CA, MDM, EDM, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP BTP teams.
- Support SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, Hypercare, and post-production stabilization.
- Drive process optimization, automation, and utility modernization initiatives.
- Participate in client workshops, solution demonstrations, and business development activities.
- Stay current with SAP S/4HANA Utilities, UC4G, Smart Grid, AMI, IoT, and SAP BTP innovations.

Additional Responsibilities




- 5+ years of SAP IS-U Device Management experience across implementation, enhancement, rollout, migration, and support projects.
- Experience across Electricity, Gas, Water, and Multi-Utility environments.
- Smart Grid, AMI, IoT, and Renewable Energy Programs.
- SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and AI-enabled utility solutions.
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience with strong stakeholder and client management skills.
- Open positions in locations across India: Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Chandigarh, Trivandrum, Indore, Nagpur, Mangalore, Noida, Bhubaneswar, Kolkata, Coimbatore, Mumbai, Jaipur.

Technical and Qualified Requirements
- Technical Master Data, Device Categories, Device Info Records, Register Groups, and Installation Structures.
- Device Installation, Removal, Replacement, Exchange, Certification, and Meter Inventory Management.
- Technical Expertise- BAdIs, User Exits, Enhancements, BRF+, Workflow Configuration, and BPEM. Performance optimization and coordination with ABAP development teams.
- Integration Experience- SAP IS-U Customer Service (CS), SAP IS-U Meter Reading (MR), SAP IS-U Billing Invoicing, SAP FI-CA, SAP MDM / EDM, SAP S/4HANA Utilities, SAP Asset Management (EAM/PM), SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite, AMI Platforms, HES, APIs, and Cloud Integrations.
