Job Title: Technical Project Manager (.NET / Angular)

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in .NET / .NET Core, Angular, and SQL Server to lead enterprise web application development initiatives. This role combines technical leadership (75%) with delivery management (25%), requiring the candidate to guide architecture, mentor engineering teams, and ensure high-quality technical delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering teams and business stakeholders to design scalable solutions, drive development best practices, and deliver complex applications in an Agile environment. The position requires collaboration with US-based stakeholders and flexibility to work during IndiaUS overlapping hours, including late evenings when required.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

- Lead architecture and solution design for enterprise web applications
- Provide technical oversight across .NET/.NET Core, Angular, and SQL Server-based systems
- Guide development teams on coding standards, design patterns, and best practices
- Review code, architecture, and technical design to ensure quality and scalability
- Mentor developers and promote strong engineering practices

Project & Delivery Management

- Manage end-to-end technical delivery of projects in Agile environments
- Define project timelines, sprint goals, and technical deliverables
- Coordinate across engineering, QA, and product teams




- Monitor project progress and ensure on-time delivery

Architecture & Platform Engineering

- Design and implement API-driven and microservices-based architectures
- Ensure integration with enterprise systems and external services
- Drive adoption of modern engineering practices including CI/CD pipelines

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Work closely with global stakeholders to gather technical requirements
- Communicate technical solutions and delivery updates clearly
- Coordinate with distributed teams to ensure alignment

Quality & Continuous Improvement

- Ensure adherence to software quality standards and development best practices
- Identify technical risks and drive mitigation strategies
- Promote continuous improvement in development and delivery processes

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of experience in software development and technical leadership
- Strong expertise in .NET / .NET Core, Angular, and SQL Server
- Proven experience leading enterprise web application development teams
- Experience in Agile delivery environments
- Strong problem-solving and technical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Skills

- Experience with API-driven architectures and microservices
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Hands-on experience with contemporary development frameworks and tools
