Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Inter) or Qualified Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, taxation, compliance, budgeting, cost analysis, MIS reporting, and supporting business finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Finalize books of accounts and perform account reconciliations.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax consultants.
- Prepare MIS reports and management reports.
- Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Perform cost analysis and profitability analysis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Support payroll accounting and financial controls.
- Assist in preparing financial data for management decision-making.




- Coordinate with banks and maintain banking transactions.
- Handle fixed asset accounting and inventory accounting.

Identify process improvements and implement financial controls

Preferred candidate profile

- Semi-Qualified CA (CA Inter) or Qualified CMA (ICMAI) is must.
- Solid knowledge of Accounting Principles.
- GST, TDS, Income Tax compliance.
- Financial Reporting & MIS.
- Budgeting & Cost Control.
- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query preferred).
- ERP Software (Tally Prime, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
