Role & responsibilities
A service engineer installs, maintains, diagnoses, repairs, and optimizes equipment, while ensuring customer satisfaction through timely technical support.
Preferred candidate profile
- Troubleshooting & Diagnostics Identify root causes of mechanical, electrical, or software failures using specialized tools and diagnostic systems.
- Repairs & Maintenance Perform emergency repairs, replace faulty components, calibrate instruments, and conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime. Specifically, PCB.
- Installation & Commissioning Set up recent Fitness equipment, install systems to customer specifications, and ensure proper functioning after installation.
- Performance Optimization: Maintenance of Treadmill and other Equipment's.
- Technical Documentation Maintain service logs, prepare technical reports, and document equipment condition trends for asset management.
