Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop electronic circuits for dash camera and Telematics systems including image sensors, microcontrollers, storage interfaces, and wireless modules selections.
- Guide the team for development of TCU and Dashcam systems from concept to final product. Ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting both technical and budgetary requirements.
- Conduct schematic design, PCB layout reviews, and validation for EMI/EMC, thermal, and environmental compliance.
- Collaborate with mechanical and ECAD design teams to optimize PCB layout for thermal and form factor constraints.
- Maintain design documentation and support design for manufacturability (DFM).
- Integrate communication modules such as 4G/5G, GPS/GNSS, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
- Design blocks and interface with vehicle communication buses (e.g., CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
- Ensure compliance with relevant automotive standards (ISO 26262, AEC-Q100, etc.) and telecommunication certifications (FCC, CE, etc).
- Support prototypes bring-up, hardware debugging, and root cause analysis using lab tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, etc).
- Interface with high-speed peripherals (e.g., HDMI, USB, MIPI CSI, SD card, DDR memory).
- Ensure hardware compatibility with embedded software and video processing algorithms.
- Utilize tools like Altium Designer, LTspice, PSpice, SI/PI simulation and similar one to simulate and optimize circuits, evaluate design trade-offs, and ensure system performance.
- Lead the selection of components for telematics and Dashcam ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers,



helping to develop their technical and leadership skills.

Key Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's or masters degree in Electronics engineering, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in embedded electronics, high speed design and development.
- At least 3 years of experience in Dashcam and Telematics products design. (Preferable).
- Experience with cellular modules (4G/5G, LTE-M, NB-IoT), GNSS/GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, V2X.
- Skills:
- Experience with PCB design for embedded and high-speed electronics circuits.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Design of mixed-signal circuits including microcontrollers, RF modules, and interfaces.
- Integration of vehicle communication protocols: CAN, LIN, Ethernet, OBD-II.
- Design for low-noise performance and compliance with automotive EMI/EMC standards.
- Should have in-depth knowledge of at least one 16 or 32-bit automotive MCU platform such as Renesas/TI/Infineon/NXP etc.
- Should have thorough understanding of various microcontroller peripherals such as ADC, various timers, PWM, CAP/COM, SPI, UART, I2C, GPIO, CAN, DMA, Interrupt handlers etc.
- Hardware debugging and failure analysis.
- Familiarity with PLM systems, BOM management, and version control.
- Altium Designer, LTspice,



PSpice, SI/PI simulation tools.
- FCC, CE, carrier-specific certifications.
- DFM, DFA, DFMEA, worst-case design calculations etc.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace with competing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Task prioritization, milestone tracking, and coordination with project timelines.

- Work with firmware, mechanical, testing, and production teams.
- Working Conditions:
- Full-time, with occasional travel to suppliers or customer sites.
- Office and lab environmentesting and Validation: Develop and implement testing procedures for electronics systems.
- Documentation: Prepare required documentation during project execution (design calculations, design document, stress analysis, EBOM, layout guidelines, test report, etc.

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in electronics design and development.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in simulation tools (e.g. PSpice, LTspice).
- Knowledge of EMI/EMC, thermal management, and high-frequency circuit design.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
- Working Conditions:
- Full-time, with occasional travel to suppliers or customer sites.
- Office and lab environment
