- Support custody clients by providing market-related information and responding to day-to-day queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Drive client engagement and market thought leadership through the development of client-facing materials and market collateral.
- Leverage technology and AI effectively to enhance processes, insights, and delivery.

To be successful in this role, we re seeking the following:

- Bachelor s degree,



or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4-7 relevant work experience, ideally in financial services, global custody, or product management.
- Experience supporting internal and/or external clients, with a focus on building solid and effective working relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally.
