Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound & outbound customer interactions for international clients
• Provide accurate, timely, and customer-focused resolutions
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and communication
• Ensure excellent customer experience across all touchpoints
• Adhere to quality standards, SLAs, and performance metrics

Eligibility Criteria
• Undergraduate or Graduate Freshers(Any Stream)
• Minimum 6 months of International Voice Experience (Mandatory)




• Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory)
• Robust interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (UK/US) & from office

Compensation & Growth
• Minimum 30% Hike on Last Drawn Salary

• Maximum Package: Fresher - Up to 4.5 LPA

Experienced Up to 7.15 LPA
