Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day management of the hostel, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment for students
- Ensure strict adherence to hostel rules, discipline, and security protocols
- Supervise housekeeping, cleanliness, and maintenance of hostel facilities
- Provide continuous care, guidance, and support to students, addressing their academic, emotional, and social needs
- Act as the primary point of contact between students, parents, and school management regarding residential matters
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, health updates, leave requests, and daily reports
- Coordinate with medical staff, security personnel, and other departments for smooth hostel functioning




- Organize and support co-curricular activities within the hostel
- Handle emergencies efficiently and responsibly

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelors degree in any discipline; qualifications in counseling, psychology, or social work are an advantage
- Mandatory experience working in an International School residential setup
- Ability to manage adolescent students with empathy, patience, and firmness
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as required
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
