• Hands-on experience in SaaS application support and cloud operations
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Strong scripting skills (Python / Bash / PowerShell)
• Experience with Terraform / Ansible / automation tools
• Kubernetes (AKS/EKS) and containerization (Docker, Helm)
• Experience in application upgrades, cloud migration, and production support
• Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and performance troubleshooting
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to work in high-pressure production environments

Responsibilities / Expectations from the Role

Responsibility

Provision, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure across Azure/AWS/GCP, including networking, storage, compute, and security configurations.

Monitor performance, availability, and resource utilization, and drive scaling, cost optimization, and reliability improvements.

3

Manage day-to-day SaaS application support across Dev/UAT/Prod environments and ensure workplace readiness.

4

Execute minor patches and major version upgrades with minimal downtime, including rollback, recovery, and post-deployment validation.

Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives, ensuring data integrity during migrations and upgrades.

Work on CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps / GitHub / Jenkins and automate deployments and operations using Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, or Python.

Manage Kubernetes clusters (AKS/EKS), deploy and maintain containerized workloads using Helm/Docker, and monitor pod and cluster health.

Handle incidents, service requests, and change tickets; perform troubleshooting and RCA for production issues while ensuring SLA adherence.

Support data migration and validation activities during upgrades and transitions, ensuring data consistency and issue resolution.

10

Create and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge articles; ensure compliance with operational and governance standards and participate in on-call support and escalations.
