We are looking for a skilled SAP CRM Consultant with 3 to 10 years of experience to join our team at Forward Eye Technologies, an industry leader in E-Learning/EdTech. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP CRM and excellent analytical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Implement and configure SAP CRM solutions for clients.
- Analyze business requirements and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP CRM with other systems.
- Develop and deliver training programs to end-users on SAP CRM functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP CRM implementation.
- Conduct business analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP CRM consulting or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of SAP CRM modules and functionalities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
