Responsibilities

1. Analyze financial and business performance across regions, business segments, customer groups, and historical trends to generate actionable insights and identify key business KPIs.
2. Collect, interpret, and synthesize customer feedback, commercial pipeline data, win/loss analysis, and user behavior to identify product strengths, improvement opportunities, and market trends.
3. Develop, manage, and maintain campaign lists, reporting databases, and analytical models using SQL, Advanced Excel, and other database querying tools.
4. Build, maintain, and enhance BI dashboards and reporting solutions to support product management, commercial teams, and senior leadership.
5. Perform market research and whitespace analysis to identify prospective customers, untapped markets, and growth opportunities.
6. Support commercial campaigns by preparing analytical reports, customer segmentation, personas, workflow analysis, and business recommendations.
7. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Education, Sales, and Client Success teams to develop campaign strategies and improve customer engagement.
8. Conduct coverage analysis, research studies,



and contribute towards preparing business case studies and analytical reports.
9. Assist in pricing analysis for new business opportunities and contract renewals through data-driven commercial insights.
10. Create and maintain product documentation including user guides, release notes, client newsletters, workflow documentation, and product collateral.
11. Develop and maintain customer personas, workflow libraries, and business intelligence assets to support future product enhancements.
12. Work with cross-functional stakeholders to communicate business insights, campaign performance, and product adoption metrics through presentations and reports.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Finance background is preferred but not mandatory.
2. 36 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Product Analytics, Commercial Analytics, or Business Intelligence.
3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookup Functions, Data Modeling, and advanced analytical functions.
4. Strong hands-on experience in SQL and database querying with exposure to relational databases and APIs. Experience with Snowflake is an added advantage.
5. Experience developing and maintaining Business Intelligence dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization platforms.
6. Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and present actionable recommendations.
7. Experience in customer segmentation, campaign analysis, KPI reporting, business performance tracking, and market research.
8. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across multiple cross-functional teams.
9.



Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and commercial reporting processes will be an added advantage.
10. Knowledge of credit markets, financial services, credit risk, or ratings-related business environments will be preferred.
11. Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix-driven global environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
