ServiceNow IRM/GRC Developer

Location: Pune (Preference will be given to Pune-based candidates) Experience: 4+ Years (Minimum 4+ years in ServiceNow & 2+ years in IRM/GRC)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or candidates serving notice (up to 15 days)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow IRM/GRC Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development and Integrated Risk Management (IRM)/Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC). The ideal candidate should have handson implementation experience, strong technical fundamentals, and the ability to design scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions.

• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.

• Develop scalable solutions using ServiceNow best practices. • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

• Implement and maintain Governance, Risk, and Compliance processes within ServiceNow.

• Develop and support integrations using client-side and server-side APIs.

• Build and enhance Service Portal and Workspace experiences.

• Participate in solution design, technical discussions, and production support.

Technical Skills Required

ServiceNow Development

• Strong hands-on experience with: o Client Scripts o Business Rules o UI Policies o Script Includes o Glide APIs o Client-side & Server-side APIs o Service Portal o Workspace Development





• Strong solutioning capability with the ability to design scalable ServiceNow solutions.

ServiceNow IRM / GRC Expertise Hands-on implementation experience in:

• Policy and Compliance Management

• Risk Management

• Audit Management

• Vendor Risk Management (VRM)

• Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)

• Continuous Monitoring

• Advanced Risk (Operational & Enterprise Risk)

• Authority Documents

• Controls

• Citations

• Risk Assessments Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of overall ServiceNow development experience.

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow IRM/GRC.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end GRC and TPRM processes.

• Prior implementation experience in enterprise ServiceNow IRM/GRC projects.

• Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing implementations.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
