The Real-Time Analyst (RTA) is responsible for monitoring and managing real-time operational performance for voice support teams.
The role focuses on ensuring service levels, productivity, and staffing requirements are met by continuously monitoring queues, agent adherence, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
The RTA partners closely with Operations, Team Leaders, and Workforce Management to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
