Program Project Leadership Lead endtoend OpenText xECM implementation and migration programs. Manage project risks issues dependencies and change requests. Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions. Solution Delivery Oversight. Work with solution architects to develop ECM solution architectures. Participate in discovery workshops and requirement gathering sessions. Provide leadership during solution design and architecture reviews. Drive employee file management and digital content transformation initiatives. Ensure content governance security retention and compliance requirements are met. Coordinate middleware API SSO and security teams. Develop migration strategies cutover plans and deployment approaches. Ensure migration readiness and production cutover success. Coordinate business and technical workstreams throughout migration programs. Act as primary interface between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
