Executive Internal Audit | Pune

Role & Responsibilities

- Conduct regular internal audits across stores and business operations.
- Review financial transactions, cash handling, inventory, and operational processes for accuracy and compliance.
- Identify process gaps, discrepancies, and potential control risks and highlight them to the concerned stakeholders.
- Verify supporting documents, bills, invoices, and other financial records.
- Prepare audit reports with explicit observations and recommendations.
- Follow up on audit observations and track closure of action items.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
- Support in improving internal controls and audit processes.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of audit activities.
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and other relevant teams during audits.

Preferred Candidate Profile





- Graduate in B.Com, M.Com, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
- Candidates with experience in the F&B;/Retail industry will be preferred.
- Candidates who have worked with a CA firm on audit assignments are also encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of accounting, auditing, and internal control processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple audit assignments.
- Willingness to travel to stores/locations as required.
