We need a quality leader who can institutionalize best practices across civil, MEP, and finishes to avoid rework, improve first-time-right execution, and strengthen our handover readiness.

What Success Looks Like in 1 Year:

- 100% adherence to Project Quality Plan and ITPs across civil, MEP, and finishing stages

- 95% internal quality audit score across all sites

- Reduction in NCRs by 40% through preventive quality checks and RCA implementation

- Weekly training calendar achieved with 90% contractor participation

Responsibilities:

Quality System Implementation

- Develop and enforce Project Quality Plans, ITPs, Checklists, and Method Statements tailored to high-rise construction

- Drive implementation of QMS with contractors, consultants, and project teams

- Ensure alignment of quality requirements with design, execution, and client expectations

Monitoring, Inspections Audits

- Conduct daily audits for work activities: concrete, waterproofing, plastering, HVAC, etc.

- Review all QA/QC documentation including test reports, NCRs, and CAPA logs

- Ensure mock-ups are reviewed, documented, and approved by consultants and Quality Head

Coordination Problem Solving

- Collaborate with engineering, planning, and execution teams to troubleshoot site quality issues

- Manage mix design trials, cube testing, and other field/lab tests

- Liaise with consultants for technical approvals and deviation handling

Meetings, Walks Reporting

- Lead weekly/fortnightly quality meetings with site teams and vendors





- Conduct joint Quality Safety Walks with Project/Quality Heads at critical work zones

- Host monthly MIS reviews and share site quality health dashboards with senior management

Training Development

- Design and deliver technical sessions for site engineers and workers

- Drive awareness of zero-defect culture, checklists, and RCA practices

- Monitor training impact through post-training effectiveness checks

Documentation Compliance

- Maintain robust documentation for inspections, approvals, and tests

- Ensure readiness for internal and statutory audits

- Archive project quality records in compliance with ISO/QMS norms

Must-Have Experience (Non-Negotiable):

- Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory); QA/QC certification preferred

- 9? 14? years in QA/QC roles?

- Demonstrated experience in QMS, site audits, and multi-disciplinary coordination

- Robust grasp on civil, finishing, MEP, HVAC sequencing and quality checkpoints

Nice-to-Haves:

- Exposure to ISO 9001:2015 implementation in real estate

- Working knowledge of quality tools like RCA, CAPA, and FMEA

- Experience using ERP or quality management software
