- 10+ Years of relevant Work Experience in Real Estate
- Excellent interpersonal communication, relationship development, and establishing rapport.
- Should have handled team size of 10+ above
- Should have implemented sustainable and dynamic policies and processes for society wellbeing
- Should have prior experience in unskilled Manpower Management
- Should have a rich experience in Facility Utility Management
- Must have managed wide spectrum of facility management activities including housekeeping, security, fleet, infrastructure, contracts, lease agreements, pest control, garden and stationary , etc
- Should have good relationship with service vendors for diverse services

MBA - Facility Management
BE in any stream + MBA
Hotel Management + MBA
