Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct site visits to assess client properties, identify potential issues, and develop strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., architects, engineers) to design customized renovation plans that meet client requirements.
- Provide expert advice on real estate market trends, property values, and renovation costs to help clients make informed decisions.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Robust understanding of the local real estate market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
