- Deliver end-to-end process training for BPO voice/non-voice teams
- Conduct soft skills training (communication, voice & accent, customer handling, email etiquette)
- Handle onboarding and refresher training sessions
- Assess trainee performance and provide structured feedback Coordinate with operations to improve overall team productivity
Requirements:
- Experience in BPO training (Process + Soft Skills)
- Solid communication and presentation skills
- Good understanding of KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards
