Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and deliver product training programs for automobile dealerships on recent vehicle launches, features, and technologies.
- Provide sales coaching to improve customer engagement, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.
- Develop customized training materials such as presentations, videos, and manuals to support dealership staff in selling trucks and other commercial vehicles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement in the sales process and implement changes accordingly.
Job Requirements :
- 2-12 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of automobiles, trucks, and related products.
- Proven track record in designing effective product trainings that drive business results.
