We are looking for a energetic MEP Designer with Interior Design exposure for retail mall fit-out projects. The role demands strong HVAC knowledge along with electrical design coordination and retail drawing expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

* Preparation of SLD (Single Line Diagrams) and electrical load breakup

* Electrical and power looping layouts

* HVAC design, including:

* AHU selection & planning

* Ducting layout design

* Heat load calculations

* Coordination with client, site, and execution teams

* Preparation of retail fit-out drawings (MEP + Interior coordination)

* Ensuring compliance with mall guidelines and standards

* Supporting project execution with technical inputs

Required Skills:





* Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (priority skill)

* Basic to intermediate understanding of electrical systems

* Excellent AutoCAD skills (mandatory)

* Working knowledge of SketchUp and V-Ray for basic 3D visualization

* Understanding of mall fit-out processes & approvals

* Good coordination and communication skills

Preferred Profile:

* Experience in retail mall projects is highly preferred

* Freshers with strong technical knowledge and learning attitude can apply
