Job Purpose

Capability to design, develop, and manage SQL Server databases and SSIS-based data integration pipelines supporting Contact Center applications and enterprise systems.
- Responsible for ensuring reliable, optimized, and secure data operations across multiple platforms including SFTP, Azure Blob Storage, and internal systems, enabling seamless data availability for business operations, reporting, and analytics.

Duties and Responsibilities

- - Solid expertise in SQL Server database development including stored procedures, functions, views, and table design.

- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain SSIS packages for ETL processes across multiple data sources and systems.
- br/>
- Manage high-volume data processing pipelines supporting operational and analytical workloads.
- br/>
- Develop and manage SQL Agent jobs for scheduled tasks, batch processing, and automation of recurring processes.
- br/>
- Automate file processing, monitoring, and operational tasks using PowerShell scripting.
- br/>
- Manage SFTP integrations including file transfers, validation, monitoring, and failure handling.
- br/>
- Handle Azure Blob Storage integrations for data ingestion, archival, and retrieval processes.
- br/>
- Monitor daily ETL jobs and data loads to ensure data availability and adherence to defined SLAs.

- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for failures and implement preventive fixes.
- br/>
- Optimize SQL queries and database performance through indexing strategies, execution plan analysis, and query tuning.

- Collaborate with application teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders for deployment and issue resolution.

- Maintain technical documentation including Understanding Documents (UD), Test Cases, MOM, and RCA reports.

Required
Qualifications and Experience

a) Minimum qualification required is BE / B.
- ech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or equivalent discipline from a recognized university.
- br/>b) 57 years of experience in SQL Server database development, data integration, and ETL implementation.
- br/>c) Hands-on experience in SQL Server (T-SQL), SSIS development, database performance tuning, and ETL pipeline management.
- br/>d) Experience in automation using PowerShell, handling SFTP-based file transfers, and integration with Azure Blob Storage or cloud-based data platforms.
- br/>e) Strong understanding of data processing, batch job scheduling, data validation, and SLA-driven data operations in enterprise environments.
- br/>f) Experience in production support, troubleshooting ETL failures, performing root cause analysis (RCA), and implementing preventive fixes.
- br/>g) Exposure to data visualization or reporting tools such as Power BI and familiarity with modern data platforms like Azure Data Lake or Event Hub will be an added advantage.
