Position: Branch Manager
Location: Aurangabad (Relocation Open)
CTC: Up to 12 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage branch sales operations.
- Handle and motivate a team of Sales Managers, Relationship Managers, and Dealers.
- Drive acquisition of current clients and revenue growth.
- Ensure achievement of branch sales and business targets.
- Monitor team productivity, recruitment, and training.
- Build relationships with HNI/Retail clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

- 510 years of experience in stock broking, wealth management, or financial services
