Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan production activities to meet customer requirements and company goals.
- Troubleshoot issues with CNC machines, VMCs, EDMs, assembly processes, and quality control systems.
- Monitor machine utilization, manpower allocation, and inventory management to optimize efficiency.
- Ensure timely completion of BOM changes, maintenance tasks, testing reports, and 5S housekeeping procedures.
- Collaborate with design teams for coordinated design efforts.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-6 years of experience in a similar role or industry (Auto Components).
- Solid understanding of CNC/VMC/EDM operations and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in Production Planning, Production Control, Inventory Management, Machine Utilization tracking.
