Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Customer Supoort Executives to join our team. The role involves handling existing customers who are calling to upgrade their mobile phone or broadband contracts. The advisor will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, offering suitable solutions, retaining customers, and identifying opportunities to upsell additional products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from existing customers regarding mobile phone and broadband contract upgrades.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable upgrade options.
- Retain customers by offering alternative solutions, value-added products, and personalized recommendations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting business targets.
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
