Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chassis Systems CoE Lead to drive the development, integration, validation, and delivery of advanced vehicle chassis systems. The role involves technical leadership, team management, business development, and end-to-end ownership of chassis engineering programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead chassis system development covering Suspension, Steering, Braking, Wheels & Tyres, Fuel Systems, and Vehicle Dynamics.
- Define system architecture, technical roadmaps, engineering standards, and validation strategies.
- Manage multidisciplinary engineering teams, budgets, suppliers, and customer engagements.
- Drive RFQ/RFI responses, solution development, effort estimation, and proposal preparation.
- Ensure achievement of vehicle performance targets related to ride, handling, durability, safety, NVH, quality, cost, and compliance.




- Support innovation, value engineering, localization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

- Solid expertise in at least two areas: Suspension, Steering, Brakes, Vehicle Dynamics, Fuel Systems, CAE, Testing, or Vehicle Integration.
- Experience leading complete vehicle/chassis development programs from concept to production.
- Knowledge of DFMEA, DVP&R;, system integration, validation, and automotive standards.
- Excellent stakeholder, customer, and team leadership skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronics, or related Engineering.
- 15+ years of automotive chassis engineering experience with leadership responsibilities.

Preferred: Experience in CoE leadership, global program delivery, pre-sales support, and automotive product development lifecycle.
