Job Summary

Role Title: Quality Assurance. Please note: This is NOT a Software QA role. Department/Division: Vue Test Publishing-India. Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Employment Type: Full time Apprenticeship. Duration: 12 months.

Responsibilities

- You will perform end-to-end quality assurance checks on computer-based examinations using Pearson proprietary tools, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and compliance with defined quality standards.
- You will execute test plans and validate exam content by utilizing internal applications, XML/HTML-based tools, Microsoft Excel, and reporting systems to identify, document, and track quality issues.
- You will conduct comprehensive testing of exam functionality, navigation, scoring, and user experience, ensuring all deliverables meet client requirements and are ready for successful deployment.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate quality concerns, provide detailed feedback, and support the timely resolution of defects while maintaining accurate project documentation.
- You will manage assigned quality assurance activities by prioritizing tasks, meeting project deadlines, and maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, attention to detail, and process compliance.
