Job Description:
• Lead and oversee end-to-end MEP execution activities across multiple residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
• Develop project execution strategies and ensure timely completion of Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC, STP, and WTP systems.
• Review MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with Civil, Planning, Design, Billing & Contracts, Procurement, and QA/QC teams for seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures to achieve project milestones and delivery targets.
• Ensure quality standards, testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems as per approved specifications and industry standards.
• Lead contractor management, resource planning, manpower deployment, and vendor coordination across projects.
• Review contractor bills, variation orders, extra items,



and cost reports to ensure budgetary control and commercial compliance.
• Drive value engineering initiatives and cost optimization measures without compromising quality and functionality.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, safety standards, fire norms, and regulatory approvals related to MEP systems.
• Conduct regular site audits, technical reviews, and performance assessments to improve project efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee testing and commissioning activities, ensuring smooth integration of all MEP services before project handover.
• Prepare and review MIS reports, project dashboards, budgets, and management presentations for leadership review.
• Mentor and lead MEP teams, fostering technical excellence, accountability, and high-performance culture across projects.
