- Organize footage into folders by case, site, and date.
- Maintain video request and receipt trackers.
- Upload videos to designated storage locations.
- Escalate missing, corrupted, or incomplete recordings.

Role 2: Audit Support Coordinator

Role Focus:



Supports audit execution by maintaining trackers, preparing review materials and coordinating documentation.

- Create and update audit trackers.
- Prepare audit packets and checklists before reviews.
- Raise Service Direct audit appointment cases using approved templates.
- Follow up with sites for missing documents or recordings.
- Record status updates in trackers.
- Maintain audit calendars and completion logs.
- Reconcile lists of sites against audit planners.

Additional Responsibilities

- Update SharePoint repositories.
- Track team training completion.
- Quality-check file naming conventions.
