Assistant Manager FP&A; | 7–10 Years | Delhi NCR / Noida

We are hiring Assistant Manager – FP&A; – 7–10 Years for a leading organization. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in FP&A;, Budgeting & Forecasting, P&L;/Variance Analysis, Insurance/BFSI, Process Transition, Management Reporting, SAP/Anaplan, and Stakeholder Management who can manage financial planning processes, drive transitions, and deliver insightful reporting.

Location – Delhi NCR / Noida

Responsibilities –

- Manage FP&A; activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Conduct P&L;, revenue, SG&A;, and variance analysis.
- Prepare and analyze GWP reporting across different profit centers for insurance clients.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports and dashboards.
- Support and lead FP&A; process transitions from onshore/client teams to offshore operations.
- Understand existing AS-IS processes, identify gaps, and implement improvements.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, reporting templates, and process documentation.
- Drive process improvement and automation to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders, business heads, and client teams.
- Manage audit queries, reconciliations, and review processes.
- Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements –

- Graduate/Postgraduate with 7–10 years of relevant experience in FP&A;/Finance & Accounting.
- Strong experience in FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Experience in Insurance/BFSI is preferred.
- Prior experience in process transition and FP&A; transformation.
- Hands-on experience with Management Reporting & Dashboards.




- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP / Anaplan.
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
- Candidates with Insurance FP&A; and FP&A; transition experience will be preferred.
