We are looking for a Business Development Executive to generate recent business opportunities and develop client relationships for our integrated service offerings covering Housekeeping & Facility Management, Infrastructure Services, Interiors and Construction works.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, arranging meetings, understanding client requirements, preparing commercial proposals and quotations, negotiating with clients, and converting opportunities into business.

The incumbent would be responsible for Business Developing for the company and will be:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities across Delhi-NCR, and other assigned markets.

2. Create strategies for growth in sales/business volumes in existing markets & identify new markets for establishing our presence & generating enhanced business opportunities for Ashirbad Group of Companies.

3. Devising and implementing sound business strategies/promotional programs so as to explore new markets/clients for our services.





4.Conduct regular market visits and client meetings to explore new prospects/clients.

5. Preparation of periodic sales/business reports, including daily matrix & calls/follow-ups made.

6. Exploring E-tendering sites, searching and identifying relevant tenders from central and state government procurement portals and others.

7. E-Tendering & offline Tendering, preparation and submission of commercial and technical bid documents, participating in tendering process for different PSU organizations/private sector.

8. Vendor Development/Registration of Product in various Government Organizations. Complete responsibility of bid submission.

9. Maintaining MIS data for sales figures, EMD, tender search, tender opening, L1 status, maintaining records of tender and bid opening results.

10. Providing timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.

11. Collect market intelligence and send to senior management.
