Role & responsibilities :

1. Administrative Leadership:

- Provide overall leadership and direction for the plant's administrative functions.
- Supervise and manage the administrative team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

2. Office Management:

- Oversee office operations, including facilities management, hospitality management, office supplies procurement, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained work environment.
- Coordinate office space allocation and planning.

3. Financial Administration:

- Manage the plant's administrative budget, including expense tracking and financial reporting.
- Ensure cost-effective purchasing and vendor management.
- Assist with financial planning and analysis as needed.

4. Compliance and Regulatory Management:

- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to plant operations.
- Maintain and update administrative records and documentation.
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory issues.

5. Communication and Coordination:

- Facilitate effective communication between administrative staff and other departments.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and activities to support plant operations.




- Act as a liaison between the plant and external stakeholders, including vendors, regulatory bodies, and community organizations.

6. Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance administrative efficiency.
- Utilize technology and automation to streamline administrative tasks.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of administrative processes and make necessary adjustments.

7. Human Resources Support:

- Assist the HR department with administrative tasks, such as onboarding, employee records management, and benefits administration.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive work culture.

Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A masters degree is preferred.

Experience:

- Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in administrative management, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Proven experience in leading and managing administrative teams.

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in office management software and tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
